Our twist on monkey bread, with the coziness of apple pie spice!

•2 (16 ounce) cans pop-tube biscuits
•1 cup sugar
•1 tablespoon apple pie spice (a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice)
•2 sticks unsalted plant-based butter
•2 tablespoons brown sugar
•a pinch or two of salt
Preheat the oven to 325°, and lightly butter a bundt pan. Open the cans of biscuit dough, separate the biscuits, and cut each one into fourths; set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and the pie spice. Toss biscuit dough pieces in the sugar-and-spice mixture until coated. Place biscuits in the bundt pan, reserving the sugar mixture left in the bowl (about ½ cup).
In a small saucepan, melt the butter; stir in reserved sugar mixture, along with the brown sugar and pinch of salt. Stir until bubbly, and pour over the biscuits in the pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until dough looks caramelized and springs back to the touch. Let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate to serve!
